Senior managers' conference
Take a conventional 'passive' event and develop a new, innovative format to involve senior managers in making a difference.
The audience divided into groups and then into smaller teams. Each team developed a practical idea for making a difference. They were then challenged to perform their idea live in one minute, using a creative toolbox. Each group voted for their 'best team' and each of these then performed to the entire audience.
Real time voting revealed a positive opinion shift. A high proportion believed the experience would make a real difference to their performance.
