Client:Cable & Wireless Agency:TBA Project:internal global brand launch Challenge:build confidence and behavioural change in an organisation undergoing rapid and difficult change. Solution:positioned as 'The Way Ahead', each event included a set of highly intensive, interactive workshops that engaged small groups with four topics - consumers, customers, the business and values. Results:in addition to the UK roadshow, events in New York, Washington, Dublin, Paris, Munich, Bangalore, Mumbai, Singapore, and Hong Kong touched a total of around 5,000 staff, preparing them all for the next stage in the organisations' evolution.
